All of my rugs are 100% custom-made — each one is a unique, one-of-one creation.
Because of the time, materials, and craftsmanship involved, all sales are final.

Once your order is placed, I immediately begin preparing materials and scheduling production. For this reason, please double-check your design, colours, sizing, and any custom details before confirming your order.

Your privacy is extremely important to me. I do not have access to your full payment information at any time. I will never share or disclose your personal information — including your name, address, or contact details — to anyone.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Please note that once your order has shipped, delivery times are in the hands of the postal or courier service. I do not have control over shipping delays, tracking updates, or “rush order” processing by mail carriers.
If your tracking appears stalled or delayed, please be patient as they work to deliver your package. You may also contact your local post office or shipment provider with your tracking number for further updates.
